Yeah, I wasn't really sure how he'd come out when I got started, but it was one of those projects where the last 10% of the work felt like it doubled how well it came together.

that can be so annoying. I hate it when you are painting something, looking at it thinking nope, this sucks. then the final touches, and there it is, exactly what you wanted.
