40k Retailers

Hi folks I'm looking for a good retailer that sells 40k sternguard and wanted to know if anyone had any feed back on these guys

The most common complaint I've heard is that they can be very slow in fulfilling orders.

Do not touch total wargaming with a barge pole mate. I'm not kidding you. Just google their name and you will see a flood of complaints. Better still they don't answer phone calls and delete any questions in regards to waiting orders off of their Face Book page. I spent weeks trying to get money back after my order didn't materialise. Only after I offered to jump in my car and go pay them a visit did I get my money back.

I've used them, but I wouldn't use them if I wanted things in a hurry. I've ordered from them several times, and I probably would again.
They are not the quickest by any means I think I have 2/3rds of orders fulfilled late. Part of the issue they seem to have is that they will sell you items that they don't have in stock, then if they don't order them, or GW doesn't fulfill that order they can start to become quite quite delayed. Having said all that 30% discount is not to be sniffed at.

Gald I asked before I brought I've googled totalwargames and the amount of complaints is impressive !! And Col Gravis I'll have a look at you flgs once the kids are in bed.
