You can either by a proper publisher for circa. ~£1,000 or there are various firms that will do it for you. Some chnage a set-up fee then a cost per unit or multiple of unit. Generally the cost per disc falls as you publish more. You might be able to find online companies that will do it for little or a chunk of return.

So, MPs expenses....

Why can't their second houses in London just be a set of government appointed apartments? Nothing to fancy, but not exactly basic.

And how come, particularly with the bedroom tax, a second house to enable them to attend Parliament can be any old size? If you're only using it intermittently, does it really need multiple spare rooms etc?

Why should MPs have a second home?

I have been working between my local office and the software development office at the other end of the country, I do not get a second house. Though I do get a hotel and travel expenses.

Put them all up in one large appartment. Bed sit style (or studio appartment)

"Bedroom tax" (though how you can be taxed on something you don't earn is beyond me) is about fairness.
