Yup. Up market student digs type accomodation.
Bedroom Tax - I get where they're coming from, but it makes no allowance for the general scarcity of smaller housing stock. On account it was sold off, and no replacements built.

I never understood why they didn't find a cheapish patch of land in a reasonable distance of Westminster and build some dorms. They could even lay on a coach to ferry them back at the end of the day. It'd still probably be cheaper than 500+ second homes?

Admiralty Arch. I do believe that's currently vacant?

I think if there is no smaller place to move into then certainly they should be excempt. But there is an issue that we cannot force people into a smaller house at the moment. But if people in public rented properties get a bit of cash for their unused bedrooms, why don't those in private sector housing with the same housing benefit get it? Surely, regardless of housing type if you recieve the benefit it should be equal? Or is there any particular reason those in private sector rented properties, recieving housing benefit, should be treated differently?
Yup. Though it might become a target for terrorism...

MPs are easily replaced, plus security should be reasonably easy on a single location?

Indeed. Build it custom. Bomb proof, and secure.
Job jobbed, and no more second house expense scandals at all. And why not have a little restaurant in there too, so they can eat in. And if they eat out? Hey, tax payer offered your restaurant, you'll have to pay for your own if you turn that down.
Biggedy. Biggedy. Bong.

They reckon GoT has 'shocked fans' with the prossies and violence in the first episode of season 4.
Yes. Because there are certainly no prossies, violence, bad language, gore, or anything like that in the preceding three seasons. Season so peaceful and nice many wondered if they'd accidentally tuned into Teletubbies. Definitely not a season renowned for it's mature themes throughout.
