Did a Distillery tour when I was about 9, and Dad held me over the vat.

I can't drink the cheap stuff due to overindulgence in the teens, but a good quality 20 year old single malt scotch...

I thought the Irish also called it whisky. Hence the distinction between scotch and other whisky?
