    They shouldn't most people are too stupid to realise what is in their own best interest.

    My case point UKIp have won 87 council seats despite not have any I mean absolutely no, local council policies. Radio 4 highlighted it, the best they came up with was:

    + Reduce Council tax by taking away interpreters

    Shropshire weren't voting this year, just European Elections.

    European elections are usually held in June, and are often combined with any local elections being held. This year however, the European election is being held in May, with no other scheduled local elections being held for Shropshire unitary, town or parish councillors. For people living in Much Wenlock however, there will be a neighbourhood plan referendum on the same day.
