As I said, no party is good enough and will see any of their good points through, and then blame it on the previous government.

Well, I'm in a mood and no mistake.

Working until 8, and keep having specialist departments tell me to tell the consumer what the specialist department should be telling the consumer, and if the consumer has any questions about the information the specialist department told me to tell the consumer, I should contact the specialist department to arrange for the specialist department to call the consumer to clarify.

ooooorrrrrr......they could just contact the consumer in the first place, reducing idiocy.
