No kids so I'm not sure what they do today, but it was a thing when I was in school... day after day, year after year. Even after being out of school for more then 2 decades I still remember the damn thing. It gets burned into your brain! Add onto that the fact that most of our leadership behaves like the dad in the Croods and you get to where we are today!

My OCD is pretty mild but leaving the house is a chore! I have to set and check the alarm multiple times, check all the doors multiple times and watch the garage door go down. Sometimes I even drive in a circle to look at the garage door again to make sure it really is down. One of my friends works at the FLGS and he has to check the door multiple times when he locks up. If you ask him if the door is locked after he is done he has to check it multiple times again. Fun times to be had!
