    Can you use fell blades in 40k escalation

    If they're listed as a lord of war in IA2 or the forge world PDF then yes. But only for forces with a group of astartes as the primary detachment.

    Ok what about reavers and warhound can you take one of those too

    Yes, ANY Imperial force can take a reaver or warhound as their lord of war (oddly despite FW producing chaos versions of them, chaos cannot)

    a fun army might be Imperial Knights escorting a warhound

    The Chaos variants are actually listed as units under the Chaos Space Marine entry
