I don't think anything else has, but original point of 'may want to buy now' stands overall.

oh dear, might need to get another crashed rhino for the tree's to make more Ulumeathi then if that's the case. Damn, I love those tree's.

GW have been withdrawing and re-releasing sets for many years.

I suspect that at least a number of these kits are simply being repackaged.

I'm also wondering if sales on some of the Warhammer kits have been below expectations. While I don't collect Warhammer I've been not been impressed with the look of many of the kits. Too cartoonish, if that's the right expression.

Just my two pence. No offence intended.

I dunno. It costs relatively little to produce the kits once the die is made, so withdrawing slow ones entirely, rather than say just making them direct only purchases doesn't make a great deal of sense to me.

Terrain models have been slowly disappearing over the last year now, last month they removed the crashed Aqulia Lander, Craters and moved the Barricades and Walls to direct only, 3 months back they phased out the Imperial Strongpoint off the website, 3 months before that it was Ork Barricades and about a year ago Modular Hills and Green Felt Battlemats.

Even direct only, there is still a cost associated with maintaining stock. It's only natural that slow selling stuff will be phased out. I'll be honest, the only "terrain" I've bought from GW are fortifications. But I don't have the space for my own gaming table, so I rely on game stores.

Scenery on the GW site is a weird thing.. Garden of Morr was there for me.. then not there.. then I did a search and it showed up again.. but when it showed up other things disappeared.. and back and forth.. Some things are in the gift guide area too.. Either way, a lot of their scenery is nice to look at but they have no interest in reeling in the costs so I end up just buying from other companies..
Skullvane Manse however.. is still on the site.. http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?prodId=prod1390086a
beautiful but at $124 it's just not something I will buy

Beat me too it - it's all there still...both the direct links and at the two 'scenery' pages for 40K/Warhammer...

The link for witchfate tor works, but the battlescape link redirects t the homepage for me. Maybe it is still up on the US website, but not the UK one? (UK website being default for me)
