Great Unclean One count as i dislike the model that GW sells.

Would it be okey to use this model as a count as? due to in the codex for daemons a GUO and a Daemon prince have no wargear they both had a sword on the model so it follows the rules of what you see is what you get.

That or use him as Ku'Gath Plaguefather

WYSISWG usually applies to either wargear you purchased, or wargear that makes the mini different from the rest of the unit (special/heavy weapon). I'm sure as long as you tell your opponent what it is before the game you'll be fine.

ah ok i went into my local GW and asked them they said it would be fine as long as he has the gear stated on the codex as shown on the model.

I think some of the greater daemons are bit tricky anyway. Some don't have a model from GW, but there are some awesome sculpts from forgeworld. Though because there's no distinct model (I mean, even the art of Ku'gath looks like the FW nurgle greater daemon) base size might be a bit an issue. On the other hand, if there's no set rule for base size who can complain, heh.

Anyone by chance have any of those FW greater daemons and if so, what base size do they fit on?

Unfortunately it has to be by forge world or GW due to there restrictions on using a model that they don't sell as long as its make from i think 80% GW stuff then its ok.
