To be fair to Michael Bay... he's only producing it as opposed to directing it.
I'm not certain why he insists on casting Megan Fox in almost everything. She's terrible.

Wise-cracking action hero turtles that fight The Bad Dudes. The trailer seems pretty spot on, although I'm far from an expert in the series.
