Starting a Horus Heresy Death Guard Army- 30k

so i won some cash on march madness and i'm putting it towards a FW death guard army. here is what im thinking

1x typhon

1x deathshroud squad

1x grave wardens squad

1x 30 man MK III armor tac marine pack

1x contemptor w/ lascannons- auto cannons - cyclone missile launcher

1x spartan assault tank

1x death guard head pack

1x death guard torso pack

3x death guard MKIII should pad pack.

comes out to be roughly 1500 pts. good start i think. thoughts?

Congratulations on your cash! That looks like a very fine beginning to a Horus Heresy Death Guard Army.

One comment that I will make: Horus Heresy does not use the cyclone missile launcher. Instead it will function as a Havoc Launcher which is a twin-linked S5 blast weapon. So it really won't fit with your selected load-out very well imo. It is decidedly anti-infantry and your selections lend more towards vehicle busting. Not a terrible selection--and it certainly looks cool!--but something to keep in mind.

thanks ill need to look that up. im going to get the kit anyways because it will looks awesome. but, yes i needed the anti tank load out on it. ive also picked up 3 razorbacks for the army.
