Default Lasplas advice

I have a couple rhino bodies and no razorbacks, and have been looking at different sites to get the the lasplas version. I have found 2 that look pretty good, and am looking for any advice as to which is superior if anyone has experience with them. The first is on ebay by bitspudlo here http://www.ebay.com/itm/Alternative-Las-Plasma-Gun-Turret-for-Razorback-/290689583738?pt=Games_US&hash=item43ae730a7ahttp://. The other is by puppetswar here http://puppetswar.eu/product.php?id_product=37http://. If anyone has any experience with either or knows of another superior alternative any help would be appreciated.

Default Broken Link & small critique

The Link to the Puppetswar is broken but I think this is the link you were looking for Puppetswar Laser-Plasma Turret.

Going back and taking a quick look at the links in your post, you seem to not be copy/pasting over the automatic "http//" that the formatting button here on this site automatically includes.

Depending on the link you paste in and the site you're trying to link to, the extra "http//" at the end breaks things.

A quick suggestion to help with the flow of your post is to copy/paste the "http//..." that your linking to into your post. Then when you select that text and then hit the quick format button here in the posting window, type in the written description of the link as opposed to the http address.

This makes your posts read a little easier by not having all the http stuff but just having the description of what you're linking to in your post.

In this post as I'm writing it I see " [ URL="http://puppetswar.eu/product.php?id_product=37"]Puppetswar Laser-Plasma Turret " but the reader sees the link Puppetswar Laser-Plasma Turret.

(Formatting in above changed so it shows hidden info, added space before first URL)

Oh and to answer your question as to which to go for. I'd go for the Puppetswar one.

Even though I'm not the greatest painter in the world, I really hate fixing others painting issues rather than putting up with my own ;-)

    But YMMV.

Thanks for the link info- i'd never posted one before and wasnt totally sure. I dont think the bitspudlo lasplas is painted either, I think thats just for display but I dont know. Honestly I'm leaning towards the puppetswar one, because they both look decent, but that one is a couple bucks cheaper.

    The puppetswar one looks better.

That said, I found converting it pretty easy. All you need is the twin-linked lascannon turret, a couple of plasma guns, and some green stuff.

Alternately, didn't Forgeworld just announce that they are making a las/plas turret?

I have ordered from puppetswar before, and have nothing but good things to say about them. Shipping was a little slow because it was coming from overseas, but nothing bad. They made a mistake and I ended up with an extra sprue of what I ordered-- they said just keep it and enjoy the gift. They also responded quickly to my email. I'm definitely going to order from them again.

Thanks for the help. I went with the puppetswar one. Wouldnt mind if they accidentally sent me an extra sprue as well.
