Awesome! I've just started work on painting my Thousand Sons (with similar conversions) so these pictures are a real inspiration. Still trying to figure out the colors for their bolters-- the purple you used works really well with the color scheme.

are these FW models or full on coversions? if so where are the heads from, i've always liked the thousand sons chapter and would like to do both pre and post horus heresy.
Really love the paint job too very swish.

Those are either custom made parts or third party bits, GW and FW don't make TS Termie bits.
    I have a blog, check it out :P - http://forthegloryofgorkandmork.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/tau-xv8-02-commander.html - just updated my blog 11/04/13

The heads, torsos, and shoulder pads are from a conversion kit that shows up on ebay now and then and are sometimes labelled as galaxy knights. They are a either a recast of an older FW kit or an original sculpt by an uncommon third party (non Chapterhouse, Puppet War, etc).

    Thanks !

Puppet War and Kromlech also have nice heads.
