building your army?

Am I reading this right? CAn imperial armies mix and match units across books an still count as battle forged? It only ever mentions faction, not book. That's some messed up cheating boltshot if that's right.

Each codex is a faction and each detachment is made up.of one faction so no you cant . It lumps them all together just for ease on the allies tables as they are all battle brothers saving ink ha
