Movie Marines 7th ed.

So I haven't played 40k for a while, but I thought it might be fun to use the new Unbound rules to create a 'legal' Movie Marines force of chapter masters or chaos lords or whatnot. While I'm confident this is a terrible idea, I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations about what books/characters might be most workable to make this list remotely competent. Anybody got any ideas?

first (and probably stupid) idea: bunch of (maybe GK?) Librarians, with the powers representing that they are, after all, movie stars that always seem to do something special...

That could be neat. I was thinking GK might be a good choice also because they have storm bolters and force weapons, but I'm really tempted by the SM Chapter Master's Orbital Strike (assuming they still do that in the new book). I suppose I could always take both, have cake, eat cake, etc.
