Aquila Lander and Lightning Fighter MIA

I had noticed that the Aquila Lander and the Lightning Fighter were "out of stock" for several months now at the Forgeworld website.

Now they have disappeared entirely from the site.

Anyone know the fate of these models?

well a lightning mark 2 was being shown at games day, so I expect that is the fate of the lightning, possibly a new aquilla too

Or maybe plastic.....those are two kits that could very easily be plastic.

more plastic fliers would be great, but I would be surprised to see the lightning in plastic with forgeworld doing a new one

The aquila lander is so bad rule wise it wouldn't amaze me if it went plastic........

they don't look anything alike and have very diff rules. I think there's a place for both.

When the new Lightning was being shown at Games Day, the old Lightning was "Out of Stock that day. I kind of liked the old model, it was cute, but the new one is a vast improvement and much more in keeping with current design. I won't miss it.
