    Not really. Defra's default response to any livestock based health crisis is to obliterate a random species on spurious scientific reasoning. I think they have big wheel in the office which people can put their least favourite animal on and the employee of the month gets to spin it to see which one they cull.

    if you really want to stop an outbreak of foot and mouth, cull the stupid humans who don't clean themselves up after going to the farm fields who help spread it, that WILL work

    Whats scary is you can imagine them actually working like that.

    However the process of robo-insemination is far too complex for the human mind!
