Thread: Mycetic Spore

    Default Mycetic Spore

Most people seem to want to go with a falling droppod-style eggs for their spore pods, I went with a more floating, scaled-up version of a spore mine for mine.
The base isn't finished yet, but it's about 90% done.

    Nice!

    I like the different take.
I went with the classic dropped "egg" style pod which I think came out really well.

Very clever use of lotus pod, very fitting I think for the army.

Those are awesome for spawning term/horms, but really wouldn't work for anything larger, Fluff wise.

I don't plan to use mine to deploy any MCs, just hormagaunts, genestealers, and the occasional Zoanthrope.

Good brood nest, terrible mycetic spores. Sorry about that, but a thing with that shape is the least ideal thing to shove across a planet atmosphere. :/

how am I supposed to look at it? the top is huge and the base tail is too small, it looks like it's also cut in half but can someone post a picture on how there supposed to look ( i.e. codex artwork )
