Please help me identify this conversion bit

I was looking at some chaos knight conversions and found a cool bird head that would work great with what I am looking to do. If no one knows the exact bit its the blue bird head on one of the knights does anyone know a bit that could be used to the same effect. Thanks all

that could be but one thing wouldn't that head be a to big to fit on a knight/soldier?

I think it is the Herald from the Tzeentch Chariot. There is a Bird head option.

It isn't a Fateweaver head.
