H: Huge CSM/SM and Tau Lots W: $$$ / Papal (leaving 40k)

So I am getting out of the hobby of 40k, and as such I am looking to part ways with two armies. First is a large Tau army complete with multiple sets of allies done up as part of the same army. The second is a large SM/CSM army that has many of the models already heavily greenstuffed as a loyal going chaos list. I will not split either lot. Pics of both are available.

I'll also consider a swap for fantasy armies. Brets, Empire, Lizards or any variety of Elf (high, dark or wood).
