i have a few questions on the new skaven book .first can a hero take from the scrapile and 50 points of magic tthe way its listed in the book looks like they are upgrades ?second can you choose the first spell as normal or can only switch for warp for an engineer andskitterleap and 13 spell for the seer?third do clanrats count as core when you use them on the bell or are they with the lord choice? thanks for the feedback
