As far as I'm aware, the imperial army is slated for release in book IV.
Whether it actually is in the book or not, we'll have to wait and see.

Y'Havra pics in the linked site, as well as some details on the kit further down. Seems the mystery right arm gun is a sort of Ion weapon, though no details yet on what it plays like:

The speculation about it being an FMC is interesting, and a very unique thing to bring to Tau. I think with Jetpacks that size, it kinda earns it!
