So I see the scalpers are out with their hatchets already, demanding frankly ludicrous money for copies of Space Hulk.

This thread is intended as an attempted antidote. In short, if your local store has some left, let us know.

Games Workshop Tunbridge Wells - Has at least one copy left, spotted by looking through the window yesterday (will confirm tonight). As it's a one man store, not open again until Wednesday, at 12:00. Manager Kev is a really nice bloke, and if you plan to head down, give the store a ring, see if he can put one aside for you.

Games Workshop Plaza (in That London) - According to a chap on Facebook, Space Hulk still held in stock there too. 0207 436 0839 if you want to give them a ring.

Games Workshop York had 7 copies on the shelves this lunchtime.

Is there a general shortage or are people just trying their luck on Ebay?

Hard to tell. But I'd rather people didn't resort to selfish scalpers ever, but especially if there's a box fresh, on the shelf copy within a few miles of them

Meh, that doesn't bother me. I bought a second copy of the original 3rd edition so I could do larger games and now I have one of the new ones. I will likely sell off the latest set of minis since all I really wanted was the new missions/tiles/counters.

Besides, this is the only way to get nice BA specific terminators. Instead of selling them I may convert them into two squads for 40K, one assault and one shooty. Depends on how motivated I feel

I just wish the expansions were available in ePub instead of iPad only. I refuse to buy an iPad just to get them, but I would have bought all three if they were available in an open format

I see several on eBay for around retail ($130 USD + shipping). Sure the shipping may be $20 or so, but it is a large box!
Still $150 USD is far from scalping price.

You don't need an Ipad to play those campaigns, they are available in print.
