been watching the first two episodes. Nice to see a lot of the little pieces of background stay, for example the AT-PTs are back

The AT-PT not the AT-ST, the AT-ST and AT-AT are the only ones in empire, not the PT

Not "in Empire," "in the Empire." As in "in Imperial hands, not filthy pirate ones."
And as far as I know the ST was only added to Empire in the Special Edition.

The ATST was shown in the original theatrical release. It was a single model used running along side the ATATs. They added more in the special ed. Originally Posted by daboarder
The ATPT in the new cartoon is not the same design used in the later books. They're recycling the name, but they are using the old McQuarrie ST design from the 70s that was only used in the marvel comics previously.
