Default Imperial Guard Army

So as part of my ongoing attempt to document all my armies, I continue with this, my largest army, and first love, the Imperial Guard. Their background is here: http://www.lounge.belloflostsouls.net/entry.php?8520-Warhammer-40-000-Campaign-The-Kepler-Covenant-Part-6-The-Bifrost-Imperial-Guard

As with last time, I have only included fully painted models (there's still a Shadowsword and six Bullgryns to finish off at the moment). Some still need basing (though less than in my Deathwatch Army!) and this is generally the army of mine which I like the most. I've been playing IG since I first read about them in the old 1st edition compendiums, and so there are a few nods to that heritage, notably some old 1st edition models and abhumans. Also, you should notice that literally every single model is converted in some way. Some more so that others, but this really is the army where I may have gone a little bit mad for conversion, even more so than my Deathwatch. Those of you who remember my tutorial on how to convert weapons ( http://www.lounge.belloflostsouls.net/showthread.php?45519-A-Beginner-s-Guide-How-To-Scratchbuild-Infantry-Weapon-Accessories) will note that yes, I have converted literally every single lasgun in the entire army.

If I get some replies, I'll post more close-ups of whatever people ask for.

Very, very nice army! I love Guard armies, especially when they have lots of Guardsmen. The fact that you've got well over 200 Guardsmen / SWS / HWT is just awesome. Also love the Abhuman Beastmen that throw back to the Rogue Trader era, to go with the Psykers and Ogryns. I think Rough Riders are only classic (RT-era) unit you are missing, while the Valks are the obvious new school omission - will you be adding either?

Force-wise, I can field a very comparable force. I lack Abhmans & Psykers, but I have lots of Stormies, Gangers, etc. and Sisters as Allies. If/when I finish building & painting everything, it'll be quite the sight to behold.

Mother of God...I would love to have an army that massive. Maybe in time I shall!

I recognise some of the parts, but where are all the parts of the conversion from? It looks really good and fits in really well with the IG. The head especially makes me think of the Death Korps of Krieg ...

    The "count as" Knight Titan?
