Default Forge World SM

I know that Forge World has made rule for other SM chapters i.e. Red Scorpions, but I was wondering if they made any other chapters with playable rules and if so what other books. Thanks for any help guys.

Quite a few. Was there any you had in mind?

I believe most of the Imperial Armour books have at least one chapter in them, even though most of them are about Guard.

The Badab War Imperial Armour books from Forgeworld has many chapters to choose from, plus they came out with a free pdf not too long after the new Space Marine codex for said chapters Chapter Tactics.

They seem to like using the Minotaurs quite a bit too.

And the Sallys, they made up quite a few Sallamanders characters, including that awesome special character dread!

The Fire Hawks and Red Scorpions look pretty cool but I am having a hard time figuring out which books they those two are in.

If the question hasn't been answered by the time I get back into town, I'll let you know which Badab War book they are in, and if you have any questions let me know.

Executioners are pretty awesome, as are the Carcharodons.

Ah... the Forgeworld Chapter Tactics document. This is part of why I sold my Exorcists, you know. I was so disappointed that they didn't get a special Chapter Tactics, despite being so different from other chapters, with a special mission... also, I had three similar (power armor) armies for a game that is far from my favorite, and that seemed absurd.

If I were to pick one of the Chapter Tactics in that document to play with, it's a toss up. I like the Fire Hawks rules, though truth be told it would lead to a style of play that would be very similar to my Blood Angels successors. Another chapter I might try, if I wasn't afraid of duplicating my Blood Angels experience, might be the Carcharodons. The Star Phantoms CT could make for a fun shooty drop pod force, and they have interesting fluff and colors.
