Well, be careful what you wish for. Based on some of the buildings shown in the video, it seems it was filmed in Iqaluit, Nunavut (Canada). For several years I lived in Fairbanks, Alaska (USA) which is on a similar parallel (Fairbanks is about 70 miles further north).
