Converting The Pestilent Swarm For 40k?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any ideas/suggestions for how The Pestilent Swarm could be converted to 40k? My friend discusses a few ideas in this video but we'd love to get some input from other 40k veterans.

Put everything on round bases, count Blightkings as Plague Marines or maybe Renegade Ogryn if you have that particular Imperial Armour book, count pox maggoth as a Great Unclean One or Daemon Prince, other daemons already have rules.

Blightkings are just not big enough to be renegade ogryns sorry. They would make nice chosen or even demonic heralds or if converted right they will make great oblitarators.
the big magoth could even be used as a giant spawn or spine beast.

Blightkings - Obliteraors or Mutilators, or Nurglesque Terminators

Pox Maggoth and rider (got one, can't build without the rider) - Forgefiend.
