This might be a bit of a dumb question but are the three Mortarchs riding Abyssal Terrors?
Thanks for any replies.

I believe they are called dread abyssals.

Well seeing that there are no models for a standard Abyssal would you say that there shouldn't be much of a problem using Neferata as a VC on an Abyssal Terror?

Depends on your opponent. Some will be fine with it. Some will flip out and cry HAX! I only know one of the latter, but I do know him. He and I... haven't played on the same table for a while.
Personally I'd say, since the only guidance we have for it is "Monster," that anything from a 50x50mm base to a 100x150mm base would be acceptable. The Mortarchs fit into the middle of that range quite nicely.
Good cause I can probably make a nice Vampire Lord, Level 4 mage with nice gear and still be better than Neferata :P

I plan on using Mannfred on his mount as an Abyssal Terror. If you're using a regular VC army, you can't even get a Dread Abyssal, so there's no confusion there.
If you're playing Undead Legions though, you may just have to be careful not to mix and match.
What I've decided to do is use the Neferata model as a CC Vampire Lord and then I'll use the Covern Throne as a Level 4 Vampire Lord :P
