Well that's just f****** excellent. I just bought 4 packs of 5 each for a total of £102 not 3 weeks ago. In Canadian dollars that's a loss of $60. Thanks Forgeworld! Good on you for capitalizing on the holiday rush to gouge your consumers!

Sadly, that's the risk with price cuts - there's always going to be some who only recently purchased at the higher price.

It was part of a larger order, I also got 9 Thallax, 1 Arch-Magos on Abeyant and a Thanatar.

That sucks, but hey we've all been there man. I remember last year I bought a whole load of games with my paycheck to settle in for the Winter...then the Steam Sales I'd forgotten about came up a week later, and I could've saved a good £40 on them. Curse my impatience!
It amused me to see this on a Facebook Group, with the commenters claiming it's a scam by Forge World, cutting the prices so people buy more of them. The conspiracy syndromes some people have are hilarious.Read the above in a Tachikoma voice.

Well, I mean, Forgeworld combining something and making it cheaper, seriously how often does that happen? If it was a regular occurrence I might be a little less bitter, but this is a once in a blue moon type thing that happened with no warning. I wonder if I should fire them an email asking if I can recoup some of the losses, as my order did contain 10 Thralls with las and mitralocks.
But the commenters are funny, "Cutting prices?! On an item they sell to make money, good heavens! What manner of deception is this! They're attempting to attract a greater number of consumers!! My fellow internet dwellers must know!"
I mean I'm glad they did it, but I wish they would've done this 3 weeks ago.
