Post A Thousand Sons - Review

Brilliant, intriguing and unable to put down. That's how i describe A Thousand Sons by Graham McNeill, the latest in the epic Horus Heresy series.

This the Battle of Prospero but also the events leading upto including the Council of Nikaea, the origin of the Thousand Sons and Magnus himself told from their perspective.

I have no wish to give anything away so i will not go into too much detail about what we learn but i think this is as eye opening a book as Mechanicum before it.

The only slight downside it the actual Battle of Prospero is not as meaty in it's contents as i would have liked but i think this will be filled out in more graphic detail in Prospero Burns by Dan Abnett.

I cannot wait until January 2011 for the Space Wolves perspective.

    As always, your thoughts please.

Back after a few years absence. Please PM me any changes to how the forum works - I currently have no idea how to make line breaks, and this is quite important to me. >.>
