Elves? how do we use them?

So what do you guys think about the elves in WOTR?

I would like to use a bunc hof archers with eagles and maybe some ambushers but the point cost is kind of high.

Anyone have good ideas of what works and what doesn't work?

Pour out the shots on round 1. Use all the might in a big shooting unit to call 57 heroic shoots and destroy the world. Use Counselor and Epic Renewal to give Legolas or his daddy 10 might and drop a bunch on Epic Shots. Keep everything in Reserve and let your opponents come closer before you pop onto the board and riddle them with arrows. Use Swoop Attacks and Legolas to kill Sauron, because that's good clean fun.

Yes my main opponent is Galadhrim and he never leaves home without Elrohir, Elladan, and Haldir.


Does a fine job with them too. Cheap heroes, and a balanced force.
