Maybe Martian-Rust is why Orks feel the red ones go faster? =)
I can see familiar design elements in line with the Imperial Knight. Going to be cautiously optimistic.

I'm not sold on the tank but I'm willing to be, its a small low res picture, might be one of theose models you have to see in real life for it to work
