An Electro-priests page has been found on the GW website as part of the upcominh" Cult Mechanicus" release:

Mars has it's own unique culture and look and that medieval techno insanity is something I've never seen in any other SF setting making them one of few aspects of the backround that could be genuinely considered "original" I think.
In the old fluff wasn't there a 3rd C'tan that was sleeping on Mars? The dragon I think?

Hinted at, but never clearly, emphatically stated. Definitely something Necron on Mars though.

Pretty much, yep. Mostly hinted at in the 3rd edition Necron codex.

The Necrons also stole the Cullexus temple world in that book. They had a lot going on.

Well if you will neatly bundle up your pariahs on an orphan planet....would be rude not to!

Yeah, but then GW dropped the Necron connection to Pariahs. I thought it made sense, as psykers and the Warp were a serious issue for the Necrons, so why wouldn't they try to have Pariahs around? It's not like they'd be bothered by them.

pretty much explicit actually in Mechanicum, tells you outright the Dragon is on Mars.

Well, sort of anyway. It's not like it specifically says "the void dragon is totally buried on Mars", in fact the only mention of the word dragon is in an allegorical story that's pretty obviously about the Emperor, but the nature of what's buried on Mars isn't explicitly stated...
