So a way to represent the Chaos Space Marine's that are dedicated solely to Khorne, like the World Eaters, isn't exactly the start of what Chaos players have been asking for?

I really had hardened my heart to the wails of Chaos players grieving, but this is a blatant cash grab by GW and its pretty sad.

I just don't get how disconnected GW can be to it's customers sometimes. Legion specific Codexes have been on so many players wish list for as long as I can remember. Players want Worldeaters 40k, Deathguard 40k, T-Sons 40k, Emperors Children 40k but they release this sort of thing instead.

We've got a single source, and no mention of new models, but nothing to say there are no new models coming.

If this is for Khornate nutters, I can see World Eater veterans fall into that category.

Like Harlequins, this seems to be both expansion for existing armies, and a new army in it's own right.

Seems they pulled it off well with Harlequins (can definitely perform on it's own), this one we'll have to wait and see.

Not what I've been hearing, Harlequins struggle in the troops department being so highly costed.

But then, I've not been paying particular attention like.

yup, I will be snapping it up. it is not a cash grab, or anything ridiculous like that, it is a khorne specific book with rules, more fluff etc, which is always a good thing.

looking at the rumoured warband, 12 khorne berserkers, that suggests same current box to me. 3 bloodcrushers, probably a new box as using fantasy ones would be unlikely. resin herald of khorne, probably a new character.

Agreed! The problem is the biggest gripers don't seem to realise GW have been giving in to demands going all the way back to the start of 7 th. More balance, more options, re doing old factions, updating the oldest factions, potentially releasing new factions people have wanted. But no give CSM something (something that people suggested) and it's a blatant cash grab! People get a grip and you may enjoy this hobby more.
