If you move flat out with your raiders/venoms can the unit still fire at full bs after its moved?

It's open top so I can't see anything saying you can't?

The rules say no, (Edit: Should have mentioned passengers)
Vehicle moving 6" (or less) -Passengers Fire at full BS, but count as moving for heavy/salvo/ordanance
Vehicle moving more than 6" up to 12"-Passengers fire Snap shots only
Vehicle that moves flat out-Passengers cannot fire (too busy hanging on)

fast skimmers move 12" and fire two weapons at full bs.

turbo-boosting is correctly done after shooting - but think most ppl do it at same time as move to speed games up - so if youve shot at all you cannot turbo-boost. fit sails and you get one heck of a move distance.

He wants to say they are extremely expensive. If you stick to GW models a unit of 5 monopose Grots is going to cost you around £ 78.

I for my part picked up a box of Horde Warspears (5 Models for £ 15) and converted them with Talos/Cronos parts... looks like this:

I used Crypt Horrors for the base of mine, along with one actual Grotesque model as an Aberration.

Yeah, what Charon and Djbz said. You're much better off converting other models than buying the official models, they're one of the worst money to points ratios in the game. (How odd that the best unit in the 'dex would suffer from that, huh?)
If people played as often as they complained, we'd all have a lot more fun.
