How does one build a WG army now for 2000pts.

Simply take the Wraith Host formation on its own. It doesn't have to be fielded as part of a Craftworld Warhost.

One unit with D-cannons and wave serpent - roughly 280
One unit with D- scythes and wave serpent - roughly 310
One unit with shields and axes in a serpent - roughly 280

Spiritseer - 70+ points depending on loadout

Wraithlord will probably clock in at 140

Wraithknight at around 300.

This clocks in near the 1400 point mark. Add in a seer council maybe or an Aspect host to take to 2k.

You could also play unbound and take whatever you want. You could also go CAD and use cheap rangers to fill out the core troops requirement.
