Warriors and Immortals from the Reclamation legion establish a solid core to push into midfield objectives.
Doom Scythes and Tomb Blades provide the bulk of the firepower in the form of amassed high strength blast from mobile firing platforms.
Night Scythes with Immortals provide late game objective grab second to none and aide in light transport or anti air firepower as needed.
Lychguard start the game joined by the Overlord with The Veil of Darkness and the Lord with The Solar Staff. This unit deep strikes turn 1 into the opponents face using the Veil and then pops the Solar staff to negate the opponents following shooting phase.

The general strategy for winning a game is to
-Apply immediate pressure with the Lychguard in the opponents deployment zone
-Punish infantry that that commit to the Lychguard situation with 15 x str 6 blasts from the Tomb Blades once they leave their transports
-Target elite / multiwound / high armor targets with the Doom Scythes str 10 ap1 lance blasts
-Push the core of the decurion into the middle of the board where they will be difficult to dislodge
-Swoop in late game with objective secured Immortals deploying from the Night Scythes on objectives

Thoughts? I have been playing a pure Decurion army for a while now but I think the late game objective secured immortals in Night Scythes and the Solar Staff shenanigans make the hybrid army more attractive for an aggressive Necron general.
