GW pre-orders are moving from Friday evenings to Saturday mornings.
Well, moving back is probably more accurate, as it used to be that way for yonks.
Certainly helps out the individual stores, as it means I can waltz on up to place my order, sending me munneh through my main gaming location's till.

10am which timezone? 10am EST would still mean you'd want web orders for limited items so they don't sell out if you live PST.
Not to mention other countries.
