Beasts of Chaos Minotaurs and Hounds Query

With the new Beasts of Chaos army book, do Doombulls still make Minotaurs core units? Some members of my 40k group are dabbling in WFB, and an army of Minotaurs looks like it would be quick and fun to paint up. Also, would Chaos warhounds make good flank protection? They to have cool looking models.

Also, Ungors are a lot smaller than Gors aren't they? How would they look next to some of the LotR stuff?(truescale 25mm)
