Default Brotherhood of Psykers and Warp Surge

An issue came up today with a squad of Grey Knight Terminators rolling a 6 on the Perils chart and getting Warp Surge. Does the whole squad share the effects of Warp Surge due to the Brotherhood of Psykers rule or do you select a random model to receive the benefits of the result?

I'd say one, and thats why you ought to choose the model who is casting the power before any rolling. Perils kill one, perils buff one. one model is casting psychic shooting attacks..

BRB: "If this unit suffers Perils of the Warp, or is hit by an attack that specifically targets Psykers, the hits are Randomly Allocated amongst models with the Brotherhood of Psykers/Sorcerers special rule. If a model with this special rule gains or loses a psychic power, all other models with this special rule in their unit also gain or lose that power."
