I'm a bit annoyed that I had the random encounter with the bloke that you can invite to run your lv3 bar before I was able to offer him the position and haven't seen him again since, yet I've encountered the mob of named ghouls random event about eight times ¬_¬

Is that the guy with the world's smallest bar? Met him really early on too. Those named ghouls are all named after your neighbours from before the war who don't go in the vault.

Not sure possibly, the guy with a lot "friends" I think he described himself as.

Also does anyone else occasionally just randomly get xp as they're walking along for no apparent reason?

I'd have assumed as much but they've been stood by me not in combat.

If you have the idiot savant perk you have a % chance of gaining c p from any action, including taking steps!

I randomly had 24XP gained the other day, no idea why

I haven't got that perk kap'n. But yeah Kirsten that's literally the kind of thing I mean.

Go up a level, enter Pipboy, choose where to bung a star.

Because these perks - I'm not familiar with them?

All the stuff underneathe the special options, you can pick one of those as long as you meet the minimum each time.
