    Default Can a company master be taken in this DW formation who is NOT in terminator armor?

    the last formation doesnt say specifically he MUST be in terminator armor while the first does. is this being read properly?

    I have the codex and if he's not in Terminator armor he can never enter play because everyone has to Deep Strike its a formation restriction
