Really nice
Twelve monkeys, eleven hats. One monkey is sad.
Ace, more recruits to join my pile of grey Solar Auxillia! I wish I could think of a good scheme to get them going.
I like them a lot.
I like the fact that they manage to look a bit more techy than most 40K, but also like medieval knights. And I'm especially a fan of the subtle eagle's head in the axe blades.
For someone who has the book, what are their rules actually like? They have power axes and a 4+ save, but what actually makes them good/interesting/the worst thing GW's ever wrote? (Delete as appropriate.)
Think Stormtroopers and you're not a million miles away.
And totes on the aesthetic. I love how it's clearly industrial equipment repurposed, but repurposed with care rather than just as a makeshift.
They also make fantastic Naval Ratings for any 40k era ship to ship boarding actions.
