funny model i found on ebay

so anyway i was looking just browsing some guys shop and i found this:

it looks to be a chaos terminator called "traitor2" (as seen here: [url]http://www.solegends.com/citcat911/c2019smtraitorinqterminator-h.htm[/url]) but with a minotaur head on top

in all my years of seeing warhammer 40k minatures i havent seen anything like this - anyone know where the minotaur / bull head could have come from?

Best guess:
The head could be a Fantasy Minotaur.
On the foto from behind some green stuff can be seen (I assume), which connects the minotaur's head to the termi.
Some pieces of black primer covers it all.

Its just an old termie with another model's head glued to the top.
