War Hounds themed Space Wolves army by Awaken Realms!

[Awaken Realms]

Hello,
Today a new, special Space Wolves project for you - the army themed around the Great Crusade era War Hounds Legion (that later on became World Eaters after finding Angron) done in a worn-out and rusty approach, adorned with War Hounds and World Eaters insignia and composed from the Space Wolves codex. There is also an imposing Cerastus Lancer Knight along the army!

This was an unusual project and a great theme for the army! What do you think of the outcome?

Can't say that I'm a fan. Looks like two War Hound badges in the whole lot, and both are on the knight. No chainaxes?! The color doesn't look right on the armor, but that cound be the weathering and no blue?. Really not a fan of the "glowy powerfist/shield/axe/hammer", it seems to much/ overpowering for the models. The bling on the models looks like Space Wolf, nothing really says War Hound to me.

Like the paint and pose on the knight, the glowey shield works, not sure on the spear tip thou.

Any chance the knight is an ember wolf with alternate color scheme? I like the wolves, did that myself for my world eaters. Was looking forward to see how someone freehanded the war hound symbol, I've really struggled with it.

The army was meant to be the Space Wolves (so the SW bling and so on), and the War Hounds were meant as a theme of the army. Completely aware there of the different colour of them. Army was only inspired by the Great Crusade Legion, it's not their actual representation.
