Has release date etc. on there, it's pretty simple

Can you point out to me where in those links it says when they are going to release a PDF of the updated version of the Siege Regiment List and the Renegades and Heretics List? I apologize I should have been more clear, but the only lists coming out in that book are going to be an armored company list and a Zombie Nurgle Renegade List.

Ahhhh, in that case I can't, however, I suspect you might be holding your breath a while. Might be an idea to email them and see if there is anything in the pipeline or if they can suggest any modifications.
