I know, but they could have literally just took the FW one and made it plastic.

Nope, I'm afraid not, in order to justify the costs it had to be done the way it was, if it had needed more frames, or more design time it would have never happened when it did.

I'll agree it's not ideal, or as nice as the FW model, but at least it became easily available to everyone.

But its so ugly. They could have at least left the FW available to buy instead.
